    G3000 Avionics System – Garmin

Features three 14-inch-diagonals, high-resolution flight displays with split-screen capability and two touch-screen control/display panels. Included with the system are dual VHF communication and navigation transceivers; single Distance Measuring Equipment (DME) unit; dual Mode S diversity transponders with ADS-B Out capability; dual, integrated Flight Management Systems (FMS) with GPS/WAAS/EGNOS and DME positioning; TCAS I; integrated Class B Terrain Awareness Warning System (TAWS); dual Attitude Heading Reference Systems (AHRS) and Safe Taxi.

    Onboard Diagnostics – Garmin

The G3000 system records aircraft avionics, engine, and systems data during flight for subsequent review and analysis by maintenance technicians after landing. Recorded information may be accessed on the ground via maintenance pages on the MFD or downloaded from the aircraft via flash memory card. With the addition of option 675 or 675A, troubleshooting information can be transmitted immediately in flight via Iridium network, or on the ground when the aircraft is in the vicinity of a Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11) access point.

Terrain Awareness Warning System (TAWS) Class B – Garmin

The G3000 system includes a Class B TAWS. The system compares GPS and altimetry data against internal, world-wide databases of navigation, terrain, and obstacles to predict position and warn of potential conflict. The TAWS function is allocated to the flight display units, providing weight and hard-ware resource savings as well as increased redundancy and availability. The Class B system provides five basic alert modes: Forward Looking Terrain Avoidance (FLTA), Premature Descent, Excessive Descent Rate, Negative Climb Rate, and Descending to 500 Feet (no excessive bank angle alert). Advisories are provided aurally through the aircraft audio sys-tem and visually on the flight display units.

    Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT)

Artex – A 406 MHz Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) with navigation interface is installed. (Note: Some authorities ELT programming requirements may not permit the use of navigation interface capability.)

    Weather Radar – Garmin

A Garmin GWX 70 weather radar system with a 12-inch antenna is included. Solid-state electronics (i.e. no magnetron) and a transmitter power of 50 Watts provide for improved safety and reliability compared with traditional radar systems having higher output power. WATCHTM automatic range limiting, vertical scan capability and weather tar-get alerting are included.

    Pulselite System Interfaced To TCAS

Pulses landing lights on each side of the aircraft. Pulsing of landing lights begins automatically in the event of a TCAS traffic advisory or resolution advisory. The Pulselite system can also be activated manually by the pilot.

Cockpit Voice Recorder (Provisions Only) – L-3 Communications
